All orders at the time shipped will receive a tracking number in which you will receive via e-mail. But if you will like to contact us for any other questions we will be glad to answer any questions you might have.
When will I be charged and how quickly will I get my order?
Your order will be processed hours after you place it. Our anti-fraud system charges your form of payment as you place the order. We then, immediately place the order with the manufacturer if it is not in stock. Most items are ordered directly from the manufacturer and can take 3 days to 4 weeks to receive, depending on the manufacturer. We ask that you allow the full 4 weeks although you could get it sooner! Custom bedding may take up to 5 weeks to deliver.
We understand you are excited to get your new items and we will try our best to get them to you as quickly as we can. Unfortunately, there may be instances when the manufacturer can not keep up with demand. A backorder could occur which we cannot control. We can promise that as soon as we get the shipment of products in, we will immediately ship it out to you.

Here are our RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICIES, we take these very seriously to protect our customers and prevent confusion later. Please read before you place your order.
*Items may be returned by following these steps:
1. You have 10 days from the time you receive your package to request a refund or exchange.
2. You MUST contact us via e-mail or telephone to be considered for a refund or exchange.
3. Approved refunds will be processed minus our original shipping charges and the customer pays return shipping costs.
4. Returns will only be accepted if they are in original condition and in original packaging. There are NO returns on custom bedding. There are NO returns on personalized items or cut yardage.
If it is returned to us after the 10 day window, without a return authorization, used, altered, or missing its original packaging, it will be refused by our warehouse and shipped back to you at your expense.
Can I cancel my order?
Because many of the items we carry are either ordered or made just for you, we allow only a 24 hour cancellation window. You will have 24 hours from when the order is PLACED to cancel your order. Please cancel by e-mailing

What about this free shipping deal?
During certain times of the year, we like to offer you FREE SHIPPING on any order(excluding furniture) over $99.00. If this is during one of our "free shipping promotions", the regular shipping charges do not apply. Free shipping refers to orders totaling over $99.00 and within the Continental United States. We are unable to offer free shipping to any international order.

What is your policy on refused items or bad addresses?
We will charge you a $35 re-stocking fee if your order is returned to us because it was refused upon delivery. This fee will be charged to your original form of payment. If we cannot contact you about a problem with your order, your order will not be processed in a timely manner.
What about custom orders, can I cancel those orders?
There are NO cancellations or RETURNS on orders that are custom made for you. Many of our designer crib sets, bedding and artwork is created just for you after you order. Those items may not be returned or refused. Please check with our Customer Service Department for more information or details on a particular item. Custom-designed furnishings, bedding, accessories, gifts and other made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do items often get back ordered?
Unfortunately, since we have chosen the most popular items to offer you, sometimes one or more items may become back ordered. This means that the manufacturer does not have enough stock to send us our order. If a back order occurs on your order, it will be promptly sent to you as soon as it arrives!
